Wasim Ashraf

Founder

Founded Gamechangers in 2018 to provide the community with a place to develop and nurture  the skills needed to be the best footballers they can be. 

Wasim is a UEFA B Certified Coach and a FA National Talent ID  & Scout with a BA Hons in Football Studies, an MBA in Sports Management and has worked in a variety of roles for Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Man United and Fulham.

What does he love most about Gamechangers? “I love the people, working with footballers from grassroots to the professional level. The biggest thing for me is knowing I’ve made an impact on people’s lives.”

Imran Khan

Club Manager

Coaching qualifications and experience: FA level 1; UEFA C (pending April 2024). Coached and managed men’s Saturday and Sunday league teams.

Football experience: Played semi-professional Essex Senior League. Former clubs London APSA, London Tigers, Bethnal Green United (now Tower Hamlets).

 

Dan Edwards

JPL Manager

Coaching qualifications and experience: FA Level 1 and UEFA C qualified. Has coached from U8 all the way up to adults football.

Football experience: Played for Three Bridges FC and Horsham FC, as well as for the RAF and Down 1st Team.

Saima leverages 13 years of on-field and academic experience to drive growth at Gamechangers. Her background spans experience working in various clubs in Pakistan, serving as a Women’s Division Lead, and holding an MSc in Football Sciences from the UK.

Nathan Blount

Playing Experience: Nathan spent three years playing at an academy level in Spain before moving to England. His playing background includes time with the Chelsea Foundation and Three Bridges; he currently competes for Horsham Crusaders.

Playing Experience: Oliver currently competes in the County Premier Division with Forest Row. He boasts a highly successful youth career at Worthing FC, where his side secured a “treble” at the U18 level, winning the League, the League Cup, and the Champions of Champions trophy.

Playing & Coaching Experience: Muzahir has over 14 years of playing experience, including U19/U23 national level and international club matches in the UAE. He brings seven years of coaching expertise from roles at SOAR STEM School, IKL Lahore, and Unique Group of Colleges.
